Wonderful dental hygienist, she was amazing, sweet and very efficient. Dr J. Lee is outstanding and explains everything throughly. Front office... ugh not that great, maybe some training on people skills? Other than that I think this is great office, just needs a bit of adjustments in the front office would be great. Checking out, the office person is very sweet. So maybe take notes from her - checking in office staff. Exam rooms are very clean.

I always read reviews before going anywhere, so I had a few slight reservations based on negative feedback about communication and treatment planning. But my experience couldn't have been more different! Dr. Lee explained all my options in detail and actually walked me through my X-rays and photos so I understood the why behind every recommendation. To top it off, they printed a clear breakdown of the treatment options for me to take home. Pro tip: if you ever have a question about your teeth, ask your dentist not your family and friends (unless they are dentists) before leaving a review! Dr. Lee is more than happy to answer them.

As expected. All procedures performed with efficiency and in a timely manor. This was my 3rd cleaning with NO CAVITIES! 😊 Dentist of Fair Oaks made it happen.
